Pool towels
We kindly ask you to make responsible use of the towels, thereby contributing to the care of the environment and the sustainable use of the hotel's resources.
Opening hours:10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
To help protect the environment, towels are changed every 3 days, unless it is necessary to change them sooner.
Collection and return
- Upon arrival, you will receive a card at Reception that can be exchanged for a pool towel.
- The card must be presented at the pool area to collect the towel.
- Used towels can be exchanged at the pool area during the designated hours.
- On the day of departure, you must return the towel at the pool area and receive a card, which must be handed in at Reception during check-out.
If the card is not returned, a charge of €25 per towel will apply.
Outside the towel exchange hours, towels will be available at Reception.
Use of sun loungers
To ensure fair use of the facilities, reserving sun loungers by leaving personal belongings on them is not permitted.
Towels on balconies
Please, do not hang towels on the balconies. Use the clothes drying rack available in your room to help maintain a well-kept appearance throughout the hotel.
